Additional Information
Fees for all Curtin Singapore programmes are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are for fulltime study in one academic semester only. Students are required to pay their fees in full prior to the commencement of each semester.
The Indicative Tuition Fee for Semester 1, 2023 should be read in conjunction with the Tuition Fee Schedule available on the Fees and Expenses page.
Curtin Singapore generally does not offer semesterly payment plans to international students, however exceptions may be made on a casebycase basis.
The fees stated above do not include any student services and amenities fees. Curtin Singapore students automatically receive Curtin Student Guild membership which provides access to a range of facilities and services. The Guild Fee is included in the Student Services and Amenities Fee which is payable each semester. The Student Services and Amenities Fee is revised annually. For the 2023 academic year, the Student Services and Amenities Fee is AUD$245 per semester. This fee is subject to change.
OTHER FEES & EXPENSES
Other fees and expenses you will need to consider include:
Application fee: AUD$50 nonrefundable application fee (AUD$300 for PhD applications). All applications must be submitted online via the Curtin Admissions Portal. Please refer to the How to Apply page for further information.
Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC): For the 2023 academic year, OSHC costs approximately AUD$550 per semester. OSHC is a mandatory requirement for all international students studying in Australia. Curtin University provides OSHC to all international students. Please refer to the Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) page for further information.
Living expenses: The cost of living in Singapore will vary depending on individual circumstances and lifestyle. However, as a guide, international students should budget around AUD$22,500 per year. This includes accommodation, food, transport, utilities and other expenses.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Curtin Singapore offers a range of scholarships to international students. These scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achievement, financial need and other criteria. Please refer to the Scholarships page for further information.
