目的

范围

该制度适用于在山东大学就读的全日制留学生。

具体措施

1. 结对陪伴：学校为每位留学生指派一位中国学生作为陪伴者。陪伴者负责帮助留学生适应校园生活，提供生活和学业上的支持。

2. 定期活动：学校定期组织各种活动，如聚餐、郊游、文化体验等，为留学生和陪伴者提供互动和交流的机会。

3. 应急服务：学校建立24小时应急服务热线，为留学生提供及时帮助。陪伴者也将作为第一联系人，协助解决留学生的紧急问题。

4. 文化互助：通过陪伴制度，留学生可以深入了解中国文化和社会，而陪伴者也能了解不同国家的文化和习俗。

5. 语言支持：陪伴者将协助留学生提高中文水平，并为他们提供必要的翻译服务。

6. 心理支持：学校提供心理咨询服务，帮助留学生应对文化差异、语言障碍等适应过程中的心理挑战。陪伴者将定期关注留学生的心理健康，并及时向学校提供反馈。

实施步骤
