国家留学基金管理委员会 (CSC) 外语水平要求

CSC 资助的非英语授课项目：托福 iBT 90 分或雅思（学术类） 7.0 分

CSC奖学金生：
托福网考：80分及以上
雅思：6.5分及以上
CET6：455分及以上
其他等同于上述水平的考试成绩
CSC公派研究生：
托福网考：79分及以上
雅思：6.5分及以上
CET6：450分及以上
其他等同于上述水平的考试成绩
CSC公派博士生：
托福网考：100分及以上
雅思：7.0分及以上
CET6：500分及以上
其他等同于上述水平的考试成绩
二、小语种要求
对于 CSC 资助的小语种留学项目，具体外语要求会根据目标国家和语种而有所不同。一般情况下，申请者需要具备以下能力：
能基本阅读、理解和交流目标语种
具备一定的听力、口语和写作能力

三、免除外语要求情况
在以下情况下，申请者可以免除外语要求：
