根据中华人民共和国有关法律法规，经甲乙双方协商一致，特签订本服务合同（以下简称“合同”）。
第一条 服务范围
甲方根据乙方的留学意向，为乙方提供以下出国留学服务：
1. 留学方案设计；
2. 院校申请材料指导；
3. 留学签证代办；
4. 行前指导和安排；
5. 其他与出国留学相关的服务。
第二条 服务费用
1. 甲方的服务费用为人民币 元（大写：）。
2. 乙方应于合同签订之日起 天 内向甲方支付服务费用的 %，即人民币 元。
3. 剩余服务费用应于乙方获得国外院校录取通知书后 天 内付清。
第三条 职责和义务
一、甲方的职责和义务
1. 根据乙方的留学意向，为乙方提供专业留学方案设计。
2. 指导乙方准备院校申请材料，并对材料进行评审和修改。
3. 为乙方代办留学签证，并提供相关指导和协助。
4. 为乙方提供行前指导，包括行前准备、生活须知等。
5. 为乙方安排适当的住宿和接机服务。
6. 乙方在国外期间，甲方定期跟进乙方的留学情况，并提供必要的支持和协助。
二、乙方的职责和义务
1. 诚实提供个人信息和留学意向。
2. 积极配合甲方提供的留学服务。
3. 按时支付服务费用。
4. 遵守国外院校的规章制度和留学国家的法律法规。
5. 正确使用甲方提供的服务，并遵守甲方的服务条款。
第四条 免责条款
1. 甲方不对乙方是否能够获得国外院校的录取通知书或留学签证负责。
2. 甲方不对乙方在国外期间的意外事故、疾病或其他不可抗力因素造成的损失负责。
3. 乙方因违反国外院校的规章制度或留学国家的法律法规而被开除学籍或驱逐出境，甲方不承担任何责任。
第五条 合同变更和解除
1. 本合同经甲乙双方协商一致方可变更。
2. 乙方在合同签订后 天 内无正当理由要求解除合同的，甲方有权扣留已支付的服务费用。
3. 甲方因不可抗力原因无法履行合同的，甲方应及时通知乙方，并退还已支付的服务费用。
第六条 争议解决
本合同项下的任何争议，甲乙双方应首先协商解决。协商不成，任何一方均可向甲方所在地人民法院提起诉讼。
第七条 其他约定
1. 本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。
2. 本合同自甲乙双方签字盖章之日起生效。

This Contract is made and entered into on [date] by and between [Student Name] ("Student") and [Organization Name] ("Organization").
1. Services
1.1 Organization agrees to provide Student with the following services:
a. Assistance in identifying and applying to educational institutions outside of Student's country of origin.
b. Guidance and support with visa and immigration processes.
c. Predeparture orientation and preparation.
2. Payment
2.1 Student agrees to pay Organization a total fee of [amount] for the services described in Section 1.
2.2 The fee is payable in installments as follows:
a. A nonrefundable deposit of [amount] is due upon signing this Contract.
b. The remaining balance of [amount] is due [number] days before Student's departure for international education.
2.3 If Student withdraws from the program prior to departure, the deposit paid under Section 2.2(a) will not be refunded.
2.4 If Student withdraws from the program after departure, no refund of fees will be provided.
3. Responsibilities of Student
3.1 Student agrees to:
a. Cooperate fully with Organization in providing necessary information and documentation for the application and visa processes.
b. Attend all predeparture orientation and preparation sessions.
c. Comply with the rules and regulations of the educational institution(s) attended.
d. Be responsible for their own conduct and safety while abroad.
4. Responsibilities of Organization
4.1 Organization agrees to:
a. Provide Student with accurate and timely information regarding educational institutions and visa requirements.
b. Assist Student in preparing and submitting applications to educational institutions.
c. Guide Student through the visa and immigration processes.
d. Provide predeparture orientation and preparation sessions to Student.
e. Be available to Student for support and assistance during the application and visa processes, as well as before and during Student's time abroad.
5. Duration
5.1 This Contract shall commence on the date of signing and shall terminate when the services described in Section 1 have been fully provided.
6. Governing Law
6.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country].
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Any disputes arising out of or related to this Contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Arbitration Association].
8. Entire Agreement
8.1 This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between Student and Organization. Any prior understandings or agreements are superseded by this Contract.
9. Amendment

第六条 合同解除

3. 乙方未按照本合同约定提供服务，严重影响学生留学申请。
4. 不可抗力或其他非双方原因导致合同无法履行。
第七条 争议解决
双方因履行本合同发生争议时，应协商解决。协商不成时，可向有管辖权的法院提起诉讼。
